Real Estate/Land Use Paralegal Duties: Assist with preliminary drafting of documents related to real estate purchases or sales, loan transactions, land use applications, granting of easements, leases, foreclosures, and construction liens. Examine title reports and exception documents and prepare title objection letters. Assist with property research. Update and maintain databases. Identify and analyze complex issues and problems and recommend and implement solutions. Interact with clients in person and by email or phone, as necessary. Coordinate, manage and follow through on projects, including following up with supervising attorneys to ensure all projects are completed.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Skilled in organizing and prioritizing numerous tasks and completing them under time constraints. Have an in-depth knowledge of legal terminology and principles. Ability to proofread material for contextual, grammatical, typographical or spelling errors. Capable of conveying thoughts and expressing ideas using clear verbal and written communication. Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision. A team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
