Legal Assistant â€“ Trusts & Estates/Probate Candidate will assist a team of attorneys in busy Trusts & Estates/Probate Department. Will provide comprehensive administrative support including calendaring; preparing, editing and finalizing correspondence, Wills, Trusts, Crummey letters and other legal documents; opening new files and maintaining client and general files; assisting with time entry and billing; providing occasional switchboard relief coverage; and maintaining systematic follow-up systems to ensure that deadlines are met. Excellent computer skills are required - experience with advanced features of MS-Word and MS-Excel a plus. Must be highly organized and able to multitask.
