Job Overview: A law firm in San Francisco, CA, seeks an experienced IP Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex intellectual property litigation, specifically in federal courts or before the . International Trade Commission (ITC). This role requires exceptional writing abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and impressive academic credentials.

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of intellectual property litigation cases, from inception through trial and appeal.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Assist in preparing discovery requests and responses and manage document production.
• Participate in and attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with partners, clients, and experts to develop case strategies and trial themes.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in complex intellectual property litigation in federal courts or the . International Trade Commission.
• Proven experience in taking and defending depositions is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
