Office Admini?strator. This position is permanent and full-time. Employee is responsible for word processing, electronic filing, assistance with billing, time entry, telephone answering, faxing, orderign supplies, handling daily mail, paying bills, entering payments, greeting clients as well as project and overflow work. Also responsible for maintaining various lists and tracking matters for timekeepers and staff. Must work as a team player and maintain a good rapport with clients and staff alike. We will allow you to explore what you love doing and give you as much of that work as possible.

KMS Law Offices, LLC is a boutique law office practicing estate planning, estate administration and fiduciary counseling. We work with individual clients and corporate Trustees. We currently employ 4 attorneys, 2 paralegals and 2 staff persons. We recently expanded our office to accommodate several new employees. We are growing, and happily so.

We do not participate in marketing. Our work is referral based and therefore doing an excellent job is paramount.
Essential Functions
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree Required. Concentration in Accounting, Business or Legal Studies is a plus but not required. Also, you will be asked to become a notary or to renew your notary license. All costs are paid by the firm.
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year working in a professional office environment.
Skills:
Strong computer (Microsoft Office) skills including typing, proofreading, spelling, grammar and arithmetic. Must be able to organize and prioritize workload and use judgment in decision making on how to adequately and efficiently meet deadlines. An ability to take the initiative in handling projects and anticipating needs. An ability to understand and follow detailed instructions. Must display a professional manner with clients, attorneys and staff members and be able to work collaboratively. Professional dress code.
