Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have 6-8 years of HR experience. Experience in employee relations, inclusion and diversity, or HR business partner roles is preferred. Should have Bachelorâ€™s degree. JD or advanced degree is desired. Strong working knowledge of state and federal employment laws including, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, NLRB, Title VII is needed. Experience building and improving workplace policies and practices is must.
