The ideal candidate must have restructuring experience including Chapter 11 cases, representing debtors and creditors in all areas of corporate restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings. Should be capable of handling and running multiple significant matters at once and should be able to work collaboratively within a team. Must have outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comparable law firm and/or clerkship experience preferred.
