Profile

Litigation Assistant The candidate will support two partners with a heavy travel and trial schedule. Will be responsible for managing their calendars, often with frequent changes, as well as scheduling meetings and depositions in other locales. Additional support of an associate attorney in case management and filings will be required.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have at least 1 year of litigation experience. Knowledge of full cycle management of civil litigation cases from inception to trial or settlement. Ability to prioritize assignments and manage multiple deadlines. Must be a team player. Must be self-motivated and efficient. Must be able to maintain stellar attendance and punctuality. Excellent working knowledge of legal documents. Must have experience with e-filing. Strong computer skills, and proficient in Microsoft Office program. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills, follow-up and case management skills. Ability to integrate into a fast-paced environment.
