Attorney Litigation Attorney Manager The candidate will direct a team of 5-7 and support staff in the firm's office. Will oversees attorneys and support staff in the department; guides staff through the litigation process; identifies continuous quality improvement to ensure best practices are met; develops training curriculum; and provides training and coaching as needed. Ideal candidate will have previous managing litigators to ensure results produced meet department and firm goals. Direct, control and review work quality and quantity, assesses skills, strengths and areas for development, provides constructive feedback, and motivates and supports efforts to increase skills and professionalism. Gather, prepare, and monitor statistical data for reporting; will participate on client calls as required; will ensure appropriate and timely handling of client and business demands; handles case escalations with timely and appropriate resolutions. Management experience required. MBA from accredited institution preferred (undergraduate degree in business or management will be considered). 3-5 years of experience in customer service and/or sales roles preferred. JD degree from an accredited law school required. Admission to the State Bar of Texas and in good standing Personal Injury experience preferred.
