Securities Litigation Associate
Candidate will work with a broad-spectrum of U.S. and international clients in their most relevant securities matters and disputes, in a supportive environment. Will be involved in the representation of clients and cases around the country and internationally.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: 3-5 years' experience. Knowledge of and interest in: The federal and state securities laws. Should also have significant experience with litigating securities class actions, shareholder derivative actions and/or SEC, DOJ or other governmental enforcement actions or corporate internal investigations. Federal court litigation experience is helpful and a Federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Corporate securities procedures and processes. Corporate governance issues. SEC enforcement. Accounting issues. Fluency in a foreign language is desired.
