"Wonderful place to work except long hours"

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 21, 2017

I want to advise management to take care of your staff because they are the backbone to the firm's success. Don't expect around-the-clock availability from staff.

Pros : Benefits are good and offices are well maintained. They have many programs that are designed to help employees focus on their health and general well-being. People here are generally down-to-earth and respectful of others. In short, family-friendly atmosphere is there.
Cons : Like all law firms, long hours are required at workplace. Diversity dwindles with seniority. I have seen disrespect from some senior partners and associates.
