Duties:

  • Experience with "dirt" real estate transactions such as joint ventures, purchase and sales, ground leases, and development.
  • Excellent academic credentials and writing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications (if applicable):

  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
