Paralegal / Legal Assistant The candidate will be obtaining and summarizing records from clients, other parties and non-parties; organizing and managing case files; preparing some first drafts documents such as discovery, case notebooks, and summaries; assisting the attorney in select firm management functions; preparing power points and use of electronic media for client presentations, seminars and court; and general legal administrative tasks. Must have a paralegal certificate, careful attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, creative thinking, and self-motivation. Some experience is preferred.
