Quality Assurance Analyst III The candidate will be responsible for examining and analyzing programs, processes, claims, documentation and/or files of unusual, complex and/or higher risk transactions to ensure compliance with internal company requirements and/or agency or government regulations. Clearly communicates overall process or transaction quality and provides feedback to appropriate contacts regarding identified material deficiencies or issues including identification of inconsistencies. Analyzes risks and offsets and develops solutions for problems identified. Acts as mentor to lower level team members and may assist with their development. Provides support for exam management activities and any other initiatives as needed. Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following, and adhering to and if applicable company policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unitâ€™s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
Qualification and Experience
A BS/BA degree or higher is preferred. Should have 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: quality assurance, financial services administration, loan documentation, loan servicing, or underwriting. Prior experience reviewing legal documents (Commercial Credit Agreements etc) is preferred. Experience and familiarity with syndicated loans and servicing is desired. Wholesale Loan Services experience preferred. A Paralegal background is desired. Must have ability to develop improvement processes and implementation strategies to ensure business continuity/contingency plans. Should have ability to research, trend, and analyze data. Advanced Microsoft Office skills are needed. should have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy are needed. Working knowledge of Loan IQ is desired. Ability to read credit legal documents and/or commercial binding agreements is preferred. Deadline: 12/28/2017.
