"Very Competitive Environment"

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 28, 2017

The leadership team should consider fostering an environment that values teamwork rather than competition. I think that would improve morale tremendously.

Pros : The building and amenities here are very nice and the support staff is well trained. The location is also good, and parking is easy to find.
Cons : There is very little trust within the firm due to the competitive environment created by leadership. Everyone is working hard to meet their own goals and have very little time for anyone else.
