Human Resources Immigration Coordinator Duties: Review Assignment Databases. Coordinate initiation of all new matters. Review for potential legal issues on new matters and raise to attorney. Input HRIC last results, pr info and needs. Answer procedural and status questions for foreign nationals, managers, recruiters and HR contacts.. Manage flow of information and documentation between client and Fragomen. Maintain and update IHP. Send follow-ups on all pending extensions (NIV/EAD/AP). Review status report and initiate extensions. Send follow-ups on all pending PERMs, I-140s and I-485s. Review H-1B Dependency.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: BA/BS degree; (any major); 1-3 years experience as a Business Immigration Paralegal or Legal Assistant. Excellent communications skills (verbal & written); Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills.

Pros : I've been working with Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen and Loewy, LLP for over 2 years now. The staff is absolutely wonderful and very helpful. They treat me like family.
Cons : There is a lot of cases and work to be done every single day. The workload is tough but it is still manageable.
