Underwriting Support Representative - National Markets
The candidate will understand underwriting principles and guidelines in all states in which Investors Title is operational. Serve as a supplemental resource for title examining, underwriting, or settlement/escrow in all markets. Provide ongoing support to agents by communicating in a prompt, professional and courteous manner with clients and other employees in writing, on the telephone and in personal interactions. Be available to answer questions based on increased knowledge of general underwriting principles. Maintain title licenses as required. Assist with training agency personnel in new and existing states as to underwriting, software, forms, manuals, rates and all other pertinent information.

The candidate should have 7+ years of Commercial Real Estate Paralegal/Title Insurance experience. Completion of four (4) year college degree or equivalent training and experience. Strong legal writing and efficient and professional verbal communication experience. Eye for detail, organization and proven relationship-building skills. Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including risk analysis. Strong internet research skills. Ability to travel if needed.
