We are currently seeking a Manager for our Capital Markets Legal team to provide legal counsel and support for our Treasury functions, including collateral and asset liability management teams, risk management, and various securities and derivatives projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on company-wide projects and initiatives and collaborate with senior management and teams across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic partner to Corporate Treasury by providing legal advice on collateral, asset liability, and risk management functions, as well as various securities and derivatives projects
- Advise the Commercial Bank's Capital Markets line of business on capital markets transactions
- Provide legal counsel on complex and novel issues, including trading and netting agreements and disclosure documents
- Manage legal processes and projects to support the success of the business

Basic Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing of at least one state bar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm, in-house legal department, or government agency

Preferred Qualifications:

- 4+ years of capital markets related experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, at a financial institution, or a combination
- Working knowledge of capital markets transactions and securities trading documentation
- Familiarity with Treasury related functions, including clearing and margining of derivatives, and knowledge of related documentation (., FCM and IM Agreements, ISDAs)

Salary Information:

- Minimum: $158,400
- Maximum: $180,800
