Legal Assistant/Case Manager Duties: Will meet directly with clients, fill out forms, organize files, obtain medical records and develop information. Assist attorney in preparing clients for hearings. Must be organized, task oriented and willing to work. Data input. Developing and organizing information. Managing confidential information. Maintain a good environment for clients and employees. Must leave a good impression in person and on the phone.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: High school or equivalent. Must have interpersonal, organizational and computer skills. Knowledge of medical records and Administrative Law is a plus. Familiarity with Case Management software along with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel. Has an overall understanding of the business and process. Must have working knowledge of: Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office, Adobe and Networking. Must have working knowledge of copier/scanner/printer. Must be able to organize data and stats for the office. A team player, have problem solving and organizational skills, a professional attitude and appearance and enjoy working with people. Must be able to work within deadlines, be task-oriented, punctual and self-motivated.
