Trust Administrator The candidate will ensure documentation of all pertinent activities. Will draft letters, memoranda, spreadsheets and other documents for Trust Officer(s), and for delivery to the client, where appropriate. File and image all relevant materials timely and accurately. Cover office, support Trust Administrator duties for other Administrators, and phones for designated personnel as needed. Participate in assigned general duties for the Department. Anticipate the needs of the Trust Officer(s) and provide superior support. Participate in Trust Administrator meetings with Operations, Tax and Administration to keep current on procedures, resolve issues, and help to improve workflow and team relations. Bachelorâ€™s degree is needed. Should have 2+ years in financial services, or a paralegal background. Excellent communication, both verbal and written, including proper business letter and email writing is needed.
