Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be assisting with motion prep; e-filing documents in both state federal courts;deposition and trial preparation; use of various electronic document review databases such as Summation, Lextranet, and Concordance; organization and assembly of medical records for the creation of review binders. Will be performing redactions, applying Bates-stamps, creation of shared files and hyperlinks. Other responsibilities may entail supporting attorneys and team members as necessary, managing multiple on-going assignments, effectively communicating with external parties (clients, court officials, opposing counsel offices, etc.), and participating in office-wide projects as needed. Should have a Bachelor’s degree, and/or the successful completion of an accredited paralegal program, or comparable work experience. Should have an understanding of local, state and federal rules of procedure. Must have excellent communication skills and 3-5 years of paralegal experience in insurance litigation. Must be proficient with using Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe, as well as document management software.
