Manager, Compliance Program Support The candidate: Manages and provides support to the ongoing development and implementation of the Trinity Health Integrity and Compliance Program ("ICP"). Coordinates and reviews various compliance auditing and monitoring activities. Oversees and directs conflicts of interest disclosure processes and exclusions screening activities. Serves as point of contact for assigned Health Ministries. Advises and consults on compliance program operations and activities and serves as a resource to ensure that compliance matters are appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved. Serves as designated subject matter resource for new care delivery and payment models, including ACOs and CINs. Researches new and emerging legal and regulatory issues impacting corporate compliance programs and recommends and implements changes to internal processes as needed. Develops and implements compliance policies and procedures and compliance training. Investigates and resolves integrity and compliance matters as directed. Provides input and representation on key compliance initiatives, meetings, and committees, as well as participates in risk assessment processes. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or Business Law or an equivalent combination of education and experience is essential. Masters or professional degree in law, business, or health care preferred. Must possess detailed knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations impacting health care corporate compliance programs. Must have 6+ years of progressively more responsible experience in health care compliance or equivalent work experience demonstrating knowledge and understanding of the laws and regulations impacting the health care provider industry, specifically health care corporate compliance programs. Certification in Healthcare Compliance ("CHC") designation or willingness to obtain certification within 2 years of hire.
