Corporate - General

Corporate Paralegal The candidate will support the company's global commercial contracting efforts and provide paralegal support to the company's general counsel. Will help keep legal operations efficient and organized and assist with corporate records and legal filings. Calendar/docket response dates and deadlines. Coordinate and track intellectual property portfolio due dates and filings. Provide global admin support with corporate records for domestic and international offices. Maintain and update the internal contract database. Assist with the administration of data privacy and insurance annual certifications and policy renewals. Assist with implementation of changes to company policies and procedural documents. Liaise with other teams within the company and external parties to ensure efficient workflow and handling of requests. Provide support to contracts administrator for review of revisions for commercial contracts, including NDAs, services agreements, SOWs, SaaS agreements, and marketing agreement. Identify key provisions and route contracts for department approvals through contract management software. Facilitate and maintain process of international employees and their visas. Provide general paralegal support of corporate transactions and projects. Help keep legal operations efficient and organized and assist with corporate records and legal filings. Participate in special projects and additional duties, as required.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should preferably have Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of experience. Must have 5+ years of relevant legal experience which means administrative, legal, operations, project management, contract review or other experience requiring attention to detail, event planning and time management. Should have transactional/contract review experience, preferably in-house, law firm or governmental agency. Must be proficient in MS Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Knowledge of core contractual terms and the impact of those terms to the company's business arrangements is required. Experience in project management, interacting with multiple departments, and understanding the workflows is needed.
