Entry Level Estate Planning/Trust Administration/Probate Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for communicating effectively and professionally with clients, advisers and team members in person, in writing, and by phone. Understanding and anticipating needs of attorneys and other paralegals based on scheduled and appointments and calendared deadlines. Assisting with case development and management. Organizing and maintaining client files and general administrative support within the department as needed. Drafting a variety of legal documents and correspondence, completing judicial council forms. Assist with filing documents in county courts. Basic legal research (state statutes, local rules, court procedures, etc.) and Review and compile asset information. Must have experience with exposure to confidential information and an understanding of the importance of maintaining such confidentiality including legal and financial information.. Should have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to learn new programs including tax preparation programs. Able to pass a background check and willing to complete Notary Public training.
