"Overall good Law Firm to work for but there is room for improvement"

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 28, 2017

You need to maintain a high energy all the time as there is plenty of work to do that too always. Not a 'hire and fire' Law firm. They really care about their employees except for the poor pay structure.

Pros : An amazing Law firm to work for, offering a plethora of opportunities. Transparent and employee growth oriented. Good work life balance if you land up in the right department and under the right senior attorney. The firm has open and positive culture.
Cons : While I enjoyed working here, there are a few cons as well with any job. First, the pay is not near what it should. Your pay will increase steadily as you move up and change positions in the firm, but only slight increments are there.
