You need to maintain a high energy all the time as there is plenty of work to do that too always. Not a 'hire and fire' Law firm. They really care about their employees except for the poor pay structure.Pros : An amazing Law firm to work for, offering a plethora of opportunities. Transparent and employee growth oriented. Good work life balance if you land up in the right department and under the right senior attorney. The firm has open and positive culture.
