Duties:
Prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs with attention to detail.
Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies.
Manage cases through all litigation stages, including depositions and trials.
Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Collaborate with the legal team to ensure timely case progress.
Develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
Requirements:
4-5 years of experience in commercial and personal injury litigation.
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
Experience in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
New Jersey bar admission is a plus.
Skills:
