Asbestos Paralegal Candidate will maintain master internal case docket and calendar, coordinate re: day-to-day case management deadlines and activity, conduct various document searches and on-line research and investigations. Prepare for depositions and trial working closely with attorneys and clients. Collection of medical/non-medical records and record review, document review and production, preparation of cases for trial in various jurisdictions. Work closely with litigation team preparing deposition abstracts, client reports, motions, exhibits, files and all support documents. Database management is an essential component to this file.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Paralegal certificate. Associate/Bachelor degree or 2 years of law firm experience with 1+ year in asbestos or toxic tort litigation. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Detail oriented. Highly organized. Excel experience a must.
