Review:

"Good to learn - very much "Director" versus "Associates" - know your place....."

Former Employee - Reviewed on August 11, 2017

Stay for 2-3 years and then move on.... not worth staying as any effort and dedication to the firm will not be repaid.

Pros : The firm expends a lot of time and effort in training and new developments. Support staff generally very good and knowledgeable.
Cons : Very much a 2 tier environment. The Directors tend to be very arrogant and dismissive of associates. The culture has changed over the years with very little transparency and heavy politics.
Approve of the CEO[?] : Yes

Business outlook for the next 6 months? : up
Current or former employee? : Former Employee
