Start figuring out why there is so much hostility between people in different ranks of the firm. People will not take appropriate risks or give maximum effort if they feel like they might be punished for acting how they thought was best, based on what they knew and the guidance they had at that time.Pros : There is a decent work-life balance with an acceptable salary, considering the area and the amount of hours you'd work. I mostly got along with those at a similar level in the corporate hierarchy and felt like some had valuable things to teach me.
