Director, COPA Compliance Officer The candidate will manage the daily duties of the COPA Compliance Office. The responsibilities include to: filing and retrieval when required of all COPA and Cooperative documentation for the System, processing of accounts payable invoices, management of COPA Compliance system, management of correspondence and necessary review of complaints related to the COPA/Cooperative Agreement process, organizing and scheduling conference calls meetings as required, and tracking of expenses for the department. The Manager will work with C-Suite on all COPA and Cooperative Agreement matters, and any other items as requested. The Director position will also have direct management oversight of the COPA Compliance Office. High School Diploma/GED required. Associate preferred. Paralegal Certificate required. Should have 2 to 3 years of experience in COPA/Cooperative Agreement regulations and 3 to 6 years law office experience.
