Temporary Paralegal The candidate will provide substantive case and court support to Attorneys and Accredited Representatives. Provides principal support for legal counsel handling issues relating to association, contract, intellectual property, and copyright law. Review incoming correspondence and draft responsive correspondence relating to legal inquiries and respond to telephone inquiries regarding the same. Assist with amicus briefs, keep corporate minutes and handle outside counsel billings. Prepare legal filings and documents including client affidavits, pleadings, and motions. Oversee client case files as directed by staff attorneys. Monitor case activities and maintain the data integrity of case management systems. Access, processes, and ensure the confidentiality and control of client information. Perform other related duties as required. Must have Bachelorâ€™s Degree and Paralegal Certificate. Should have 3-5 yearsâ€™ paralegal experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Prior immigration law experience is strongly preferred.
