Clark Hill PLC is seeking a mid-level attorney with 3-8 years of experience for its Corporate business unit. This is a hybrid position for the Atlanta ; This attorney will be responsible for preparation and negotiation of corporate and transactional documents of all kinds including entity formation and governance documents, operating agreements, merger and acquisition documents, private equity and venture capital financing documents, compliance documents, and supply and other complex commercial ; This attorney will have extensive client ,000 annually, based upon a full-time work ; Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market ; This position is eligible for an annual discretionary ; In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
