Tax Manager (International) The candidate will review US international income tax returns including Forms 8865, 5741, and 8858. Manage, develop and train a team of staff accountants. Track tax positions and their potential impacts on the company's effective tax rate. Build and develop relationships across the Koch companies to understand and optimize the various business tax positions. Must have 4+ years of experience in an income tax role and 3+ years of experience in an international role. Should have Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following (Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or Taxation) or a JD degree. Master’s degree in Taxation or JD degree is preferred. Previous CPA firm or multi-national corporation experience is desired. Should preferably have 4+ years of experience with foreign tax credit and international tax rules
