Project Land Manager The candidate will be responsible for successfully managing PLM's client accounts. The primary goal of the Project Land Manager is to provide a high level of service to his or her clients and ensure that PLM obtains additional Work Orders. The Project Land Manager may also be involved with business development and be asked to market the company's services and abilities to new prospective clients. Follow all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook. Manage client accounts with a high level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and obtain additional work orders. Develop a strategy to successfully accomplish client objectives (hit deadlines, acquire acreage, negotiate leases or other contractual agreements at or below market rate, etc.). Report weekly production output and overall project progress for assigned project(s) to District Land Manager. Manage and oversee Landmen, Associate Landmen and Land Tech Administrators, if necessary. Identify potential business leads for Purple Land Management and formulate a strategy for acquiring new business with Land Managers. Review Purple Land Management invoices prior to submission to client. Monitor production quality and output quantity. Identify staffing needs for projects; make staffing requests to Human Resources and interview and hire prospective personnel as needed. Other duties as assigned by management and determined by business needs.

Qualification and Experience

A Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Land Management, Energy Commerce strongly preferred. AAPL membership required, CPL certification preferred. Will consider law degree (J.D.), or degree in Environmental Sciences, Geology, Petroleum Engineering, or related field or field experience in land as alternative. Must have excellent attention to detail and organization skills. should have excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and Word. Ability to use deed plotting programs, or ArcGIS, preferred. Excellent communication skills required. In-House experience with an Oklahoma Operator strongly preferred.
