Real Estate Paralegal Responsibilities: Proactively assist attorneys with various tasks and provide administrative support on a daily basis for multiple initiatives and projects by taking responsibility for data identification, collection, processing, and transfer as well as required documentation. Foster strong relationships with colleagues, attorneys, clients, and other internal and external parties. Liaise with various personnel as necessary including clients, and clientsâ€™ in-house and outside counsel, other paralegals and title company and lender representatives. Collect data, document findings, and draft comprehensive reports as needed. Improve and implement new methods for data collection, content management, organization, contract oversight, and other tasks. Maintain closing checklists and generally manage the closing process in conjunction with attorney team, including organizing and compiling signature pages and recordable documents. Draft basic closing documents, including resolutions, certificates and other closing deliverables. Facilitate and conduct certain aspects of basic real estate diligence (e.g., title, survey and environmental).
Qualification and Experience
Candidate Prior real estate experience is preferred. Must be highly organized, detail orientated, and able to successfully manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
