Legal Assistant and Document Manager The candidate will serve as the Office of University Investmentsâ€™ (OUI) legal assistant and manager of all documents and document management systems. Will work with senior OUI investment team members, outside counsel, and the Universityâ€™s Office of the General Counsel to obtain a legal review of a wide range of legal documents, complete investment subscription agreements, insure the timely submission of these documents, and other related activities. This individual will also be responsible for maintaining OUIâ€™s electronic and paper document management systems to insure that all documents are well organized and easily accessible to OUI staff. Should have Associateâ€™s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelorâ€™s degree highly preferred. Prior legal document management experience highly preferred. Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and organizational skills are essential. Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, oral, and written). Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and tactfully, projecting a helpful, positive impression. Prior experience with legal documentation management in an investment office desirable.
