Corporate Paralegal The candidate will assist with corporate entity formations and all aspects of corporate maintenance and governance; assist with various corporate transactions including M&A, venture capital transactions and securities offerings; conduct UCC searches and prepare UCC and Blue Sky filings. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal is required. Should have strong organizational and communication skills, be capable of handling multiple responsibilities, and be able to work well in a team oriented environment.
