Executive Assistant, General Counsel Office The candidate will perform advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative duties, i.e. prepare correspondence/reports, screen calls, maintain appointment calendars, set up meetings and travel itineraries, arrange conference calls, etc. Organizes and expedites flow of work through executive's office. Will provide support to SVP and/or multiple VP's and/or Country General Manager. Work requires use of initiative and independent judgment with frequent access to confidential and highly complex information.Should have 6+ years of broad administrative experience supporting a high level manager or senior executive required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required. Knowledgeable of organizational procedures and corporate policy, and is often called upon to interpret and communicate senior management's intent to other managers are needed.
