"A Place to Retire"

Former Employee - Reviewed on December 18, 2017

Sense they do not out promotions often enough raises should be given yearly to boost morale and motivation among the associates.

Pros : This firm has the friendliest environment I have ever worked in. Associates have been happy here for decades with no plans on leaving.
Cons : Because no one ever leaves there isn't any opportunities for advancement here at all. You pretty much have to wait for someone to retire to move up.
