ProfileProvidence office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks labor and employment litigation associate attorney with 1-4 years of labor and employment experience or 2 years of litigation experience. The candidate will represent employers in employment litigation and advise employers as to all aspects of employment law compliance. Will represent employers in management-side employment litigation and compliance work. Should preferably have experience with employment law compliance, such as drafting non-compete agreements and employment policies, conducting manager trainings, and advising employers as to termination, compensation and hiring best practices. Experience in forums that handle employment claims at the administrative level (state and federal department of labor; MCAD; EEOC; and RICHR) is preferred. Familiarity with substantive state and federal employment laws (such as leave laws, wage and hour laws, and anti-discrimination laws) is desired. Overqualified candidates will be considered. Demonstrated interest in labor and employment law is required. Rhode Island or Massachusetts Bar admission in good standing is required.
