Senior Transactional Paralegal The candidate will review, draft, and negotiate various types of agreements under the supervision of attorneys. Including; consulting agreements, facility and vendor agreements, nondisclosure agreements, talent contracts, software licensing, and event contracts.. Will manage and update contracts database, previous contracts database system preferred (i.e. Conga, Apttus). Monitor contracts from beginning to end, ensuring approvals and information are relayed. Collaborate and develop relationships with internal business teams and third parties to gather and synthesize information for agreements. Manage special project work as assigned. A Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university or equivalent is needed. Paralegal Certificate or equivalent training is required. Should have 5 - 7 years of relevant paralegal experience, preferably in technology environment. Excellent multi-faceted communication skills is needed.
