Duties:
- Advise clients on matters related to corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital investments.
- Handle entity formation and business structuring, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide counsel on corporate governance and best practices for business organizations.
- Assist clients in navigating securities laws and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various business agreements, including partnership, shareholder, and purchase agreements.
- Work closely with clients to identify risks, provide strategic legal advice, and develop solutions for complex business transactions.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals to support client objectives and ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law, private equity, and corporate governance.
- Proven ability to independently manage a diverse range of transactional legal matters.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of attracting and retaining clients.

Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
