Legal Program Manager The candidate responsibilities will include negotiating and drafting purchase, service, and similar agreements in support of the corporate supply chain department, providing legal research and advice for various departments, and providing legal advice and support to other groups such as securities, compliance/ethics, employment and litigation, as requested. Drafting and negotiation of various commercial contracts in support of the corporate supply chain department, working with corporate lead counsel. In coordination with corporate counsel, conduct legal research and provide advice on topics as assigned. Work with corporate lead counsel to define, develop and maintain the Company's standard form contracts. Provide legal advice, research and work on securities, compliance/ethics, litigation and employment projects, as requested. Must have JD Degree and current license to practice law in Colorado. Should have 1-3 years of previous legal experience, preferably 1 year at a law firm. Familiarity with mining or mining law a plus.
