Litigation Legal Assistant The candidate will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to multiple attorneys. Assists attorneys in preparing litigation cases from onset through post-trial; document production and management, obtaining and organizing case files on a daily basis; preparing, organizing and maintaining deposition materials and summaries; assisting with trial and mediation preparations; assist with document production including creation and editing of correspondence and documents. Ideal candidate must be fully bilingual in English/Spanish, Must have keen attention to detail including effective proof reading and drafting skills, demonstrated multi-tasking skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with others against deadlines. Should have effective time management and communication skills, both written and oral, are necessary. Must have expertise in e-filing in state and federal court is required. Must have 5+ years of experience in litigation.
