Intake Paralegal The Candidate will be responsible for Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem solving situations; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments. Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and obtains clarification. Teamwork - Contributes to building a positive team spirit. Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have 6 months + of experience in a customer service environment required. Great verbal and written communication skills, specifically spelling, grammar and diction. Pleasant, professional, assertive phone demeanor. Exceptional active listening skills. Exceptional typing skills (speed and accuracy). Must have excellent computer skills, specifically in Windows environment. Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, College Students welcomed. Bilingual (Spanish- English) is a plus.
