The candidate will provide wide-ranging legal services including: government contracting, collections and dispute resolution counseling. Must have knowledge and experience sufficient for them to assume primary responsibility for Tollway matters involving the above practice areas. Should be familiar with federal and state court practices and procedures, well organized and self-directed. Should be prepared to demonstrate strong legal research and writing capabilities as well as outstanding oral communication skills. Must have 3+ years of post-graduate legal experience. Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois at the time of application.
