Responsibilities:
- Lead M&A transactions from start to finish
- Conduct due diligence and manage due diligence teams
- Draft and review acquisition agreements and other documentation for complex M&A and private equity transactions
- Provide general corporate and corporate governance support
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and mentor junior associates

Requirements:
- 3-6 years of significant experience in corporate transactions, with a focus on M&A and private equity
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing acquisition agreements and other transactional documents
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle a challenging workload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent academic credentials and writing skills
- Admitted to the Illinois Bar or eligible for admission
