Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have 2-4 years of relevant corporate paralegal experience. Bachelor's degree and paralegal certification preferred. Direct experience with SEC and NYSE reporting obligations for public companies preferred, including Section 16 reporting requirements. Experience with Workiva is a plus. Demonstrate a high level of integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Should possess strong written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and numeric acumen. Must be able to meet deadlines and adjust priorities based upon client and department needs. Work independently with minimal supervision and multi-task with attention to detail is required. Should have demonstrated excellent time management, organizational and analytical skills. Foster relationships and positively interact with personnel at multiple levels within the organization. Must effectively communicate the status of projects to appropriate persons in a timely manner. Must possess computer proficiency including with respect to Microsoft Office products.
Please note: Preference will be given to candidates willing to report part-time to the office (at least 2-3 days per week), though other full-time remote locations may be considered.
