Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, with an emphasis on insurance defense or commercial disputes.
• Proven ability to take depositions, manage discovery, and argue motions in court.
• Trial experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required; Connecticut Bar admission is a plus.
