Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate law and real estate transactional practice.
  • Active or eligible license to practice law in Maine.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and working collaboratively with senior attorneys.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Maine or eligibility for admission promptly.
