Associate AttorneyThe candidate will work with supervising attorneys to represent a variety of clients, including automotive suppliers, financial institutions, and insurance companies. Will manage litigation matters of varying sizes, including large-scale litigation. Analyze case materials to identify legal issues and potential strategies. Draft pleadings, legal memorandum, and reports. Assist with the preparation for depositions, case evaluations, arbitrations, mediations, and trials. Perform legal research. Must have 3-7 years of experience in all aspects of commercial litigation, including e-discovery compliance, motion practice and depositions. Admission to the Michigan Bar is required.
